Jerry Rice is the new pitchman for Elations, a new fruit-flavored drink that helps reduce joint pain and improve mobility through a 4-in-1 formula: Glucosamine and Chondroitin; a patented, more absorbable form of Calcium; and 100% of daily Vitamin C, which helps in the formation of collagen, the glue that holds joint cartilage together. “I’ve been drinking an 8-ounce bottle daily for weeks now and the difference is clear,” said the former NFL receiver. “That, and the fact that it tastes great, made partnering with Elations an easy decision.”

BROWN USES BLACKBERRY AS A WEAPON???

foxy-brown1.jpg

Just when it appeared as if Foxy Brown had gone somewhere and sat down for a minute, TMZ.com pops up with news that she has “channeled her inner Naomi” and smacked a neighbor with her Blackberry phone.
According to police, the artist was arguing with her 25-year-old neighbor on July 30 when she struck the woman in the head with her Blackberry. Police said the victim knocked some teeth loose and suffered a swollen lip and eye. The rapper, whose real name is Inga Marchand, reportedly turned herself in to New York police Tuesday afternoon following a report filed by the victim. Brown was arraigned, released on $5,000 bail and is due back in court on Sept. 26.

KANYE SET TO GRADUATE

Kanye West has been vocal about the fact that his forthcoming album “Graduation,” due Sept. 11, would go against the popular trend and not feature any guest artists. But the hip hop star has gone back on his word. Lil Wayne, recently crowned the “hottest MC in the game” by MTV.com, has been confirmed by West’s label Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam to appear on the track “Barry Bonds.” The reference to Major League Baseball’s new home run king seems to describe how big West feels the song will be, as the chorus goes, “Here’s another hit, Barry Bonds.”
