Gratitude is a magnet. I put my attention on the positive and draw more of the same to me. Friends, family, the comfort of home, and the beauty of nature are daily gifts. There are times when we can feel less than our best. We might be facing financial or health challenges. We might be going through a transition and feeling lost or confused. It’s in these times when we can refocus on gratitude. Make a short list of three things for which you’re grateful. Notice how your attitude shifts when you think about being grateful. The difficulties may not seem as large as they did just a moment ago. We tend to attract more great things and situations in our lives as we practice gratitude and see life through a new perspective.
