Too often those who need love the most get it the least because they meet their needs through hurtful or misguided ways. While it is important to set boundaries around such people so that we’re not emotionally hurt, we can still find it in our heart to care for them.

When we care for others we also help ourselves because it’s impossible to give without receiving. So as we care, even for those who do not seem to deserve it, you’ll notice your heart opening with deep compassion and forgiveness for everyone.
